EdEase operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations including the Information Technology Act and amendments Digital Personal Data Protection Act Companies Act Consumer Protection Act and applicable statelevel education regulations We maintain all necessary licenses and registrations required for our operations

The EdEase name logo and all associated trademarks are registered trademarks of EdEase Technologies Private Limited All software content and materials on the platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws Unauthorized use reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited

The EdEase platform is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind either express or implied While we strive for accuracy and reliability we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted errorfree or completely secure Users acknowledge that use of the platform is at their own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law EdEase Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages including loss of profits data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim

Users agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless EdEase Technologies Private Limited its officers directors employees agents and affiliates from any claims damages obligations losses liabilities costs or debt arising from a use of the platform b violation of these terms c violation of any thirdparty rights or d any content submitted to the platform

Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation If mediation fails disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore Karnataka and the language shall be English The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding

These terms and your use of the EdEase platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions The courts of Bangalore Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect

The platform may integrate with or link to thirdparty services EdEase is not responsible for the content privacy policies or practices of thirdparty services Users access thirdparty services at their own risk and should review their terms and policies independently

EdEase shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters war terrorism riots embargoes acts of civil or military authorities fire floods accidents pandemic strikes or shortages of transportation facilities fuel energy labor or materials
